People judge call center agents. This is something many individuals have accomplished for a considerable length of time, unconsciously they have been judged. Their hard working attitudes, the genuine occupation being questioned by others as a typical employment, to put it plainly, the call focus calling is being looked downward on.
In an initiative video of VXI PH, they tried to reach out to those people who have been giving the wrong impressions about these call center agents. The concept of the video was guests were asked to define what a call center agent is, and who they are.
However, they don’t know that the behind the curtain beside them a call center agent was listening. After their apparent impressions, the call center agents shared their stories, and it was just amazing.
